Who I Am:

I’m a seasoned business strategist, with over 13 years of business experience, focusing on the application of  Collaboration and Innovation within the Enterprise to achieve corporate goals, drive organic growth, and transform organizations into high performing companies.

As a recognized expert in the fields of Innovation, Collaboration, and Social Media I’ve had the pleasure to work with many of the world’s biggest companies to do just that in the past – and I’m now looking for an opportunity to go beyond just telling people how to innovate, and instead just show them.

I’m a proven leader with a passion for making things happen and a strong work-hard, play-hard ethos to business life. I’m a creative thinker with the ability to make connections that others miss. Nothing motivates me more than reaching goals, achieving results, and helping others to do the same. I bring with me an entrepreneurial energy and ambition, combined with the pragmatism and focus required to win on the corporate playing field.

Who You Are:

You’re ideally a Medium-Large sized corporate entity who “gets” what innovation can do for your organization. Maybe you’ve already started your innovation program, or maybe you’re just starting – either way, you’re looking to hire someone who is able to make innovation a repeatable, sustainable process within your corporate walls, and to make an Innovation Culture “the way it’s done here”.

As Innovation is not industry/function specific, you could come from a variety of backgrounds, but the person you hire will have a mandate to drive innovative thought, ideas, and processes throughout the organization that comes from the very senior levels of the company.

Hiring me will give your innovation program credibility with internal staff as well as external partners and shareholders.
